They don’t take returns even with a receipt with original tags and within a weeks time. No signage and no word of this policy at time of purchase. I even kept the pants I found cheaper online to support a local store. After I use my store credit I will not be coming back here again ?♀️

I love Cali & chance! The atmosphere is amazing and the clothes are so cute. I had a great experience with the staff- I was trying to decide between two sizes of a pair of jeans and they genuinely helped me figure out what fit better & what I felt most confident in. I’ve gotten jeans & a couple of cute tops from here and the quality is amazing. I visit every time I’m in town, and I still have clothes I bought from here 4 years ago. The quality of their clothing is amazing (just follow the instructions on the tags)!!

I love this cute little boutique! The minute I walk in I can't help but smile. The adorable decor, the friendly staff, and of course the clothes! The staff is helpful in styling and offer suggestions that fit my style and body type. 10 out of 10 I will be shopping here again :) highly recommend.

Love love love this store! I shop here all the time. Such cute and unique stuff. Staff members will go above and beyond to help you if needed, and they’re also great at giving fashion advice if you don’t have someone with you for a second opinion. 5 stars all the way!

I have been shopping at Cali and Chance since they had their location in Naperville! They are the most reasonably priced boutique in downtown Geneva. Denise has always been so helpful when I stop by and she is working. I love their yard decor and clothes! Definitely my favorite place to stop when I am in Geneva.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a local store. I have never left a bad review in my entire life and feel so bad doing so but I just want the PSA out there. Do not purchase from this store if you want any customer service. After 2 weeks they will not let you exchange for a different size and the way the managers treat you about it is unreal. They are not willing to help in any form. I have spent so much money over the years here and referred so many people to this store so my mind is literally blown how I was treated..

Terrible customer service! Terrible clothing quality! Terrible return policy! I bought a way over priced pair of jeans & after wearing them twice they had ripped in multiple spots that were not along any seam. When I tried returning them, the sales associate attempted to convince me that I didn’t buy them at her store. She then informed me that there was absolutely nothing she could do. No store credit or discount. By far the most unsympathetic person I’ve ever met. I didn’t even get an apology. Instead she told me “well that’s our policy!” Save your time & money & shop at goodwill instead. At least they have high quality clothing that you can wear more than 2 times.

Visited this store with a couple friends today. We walked up to the door which was unlocked and entered. We were met by a woman that seemed shock we were In the store. I said are you open. She replied I’m getting ready to and I replied is it ok if we come in she turned her back. Could not have been colder. I was embarrassed because I have frequented this store many times and spent a fair amount of money there I told my friends that this was a great shop. We left because it was so frigid in there. We walked out and she quickly locked the door behind us. My friends and I could not believe how ignorant she was. Do t know who she was but the owner needs to look into this. If she is the owner…WOW SAD

This is my first time EVER to write a review from my experience at Cali & Chance boutique. One star was just way too much from my experience that I received today at 3:30pm. My family recently moved to a house with in Geneva. Then I saw, which I thought it was a sweet and welcoming and I was ready to shop for myself, gifts and a few holidays decorations. Sadly, I was ignored the whole entire time when I was there. I did asked for help and I received one of the worst customer service by a woman who was there today. I did find a few things that I would've purchased. Then after how I was being treated at the shop. I decided to visit other stores around there and purchases from them instead. That was just unfortunately and unbelievable.

First time stopping in this store, so glad I did!I was asked if I needed any help and was provided suggestions when asked. I had a nice time talking to one of the store employees. The store has mainly women's clothing, I would say the style age range is women between 20-40 years old. There is also a good amount of home decor. I bought a sweater and fabric pumpkins!
