When my 14yr old fridge decided it's time was up, I needed a replacement FAST. After comparing several models with a few businesses, I decided to check out Budget Appliance as they have a large selection and price ranges on their models. After meeting and talking with Alex, we decided on a samsung model. He was able to offer same day delivery and installation. He and his partner came in and did some quick measurements as I've got a quirky kitchen. He said the model I chose wouldn't fit. He offered several other models as solutions which I agreed to one. Since it was already dark out, I knew it wouldn't be til the next day for delivery. Shortly after Alex left, he called and asked if they could deliver the same night! I was beyond thrilled. They arrived at 830 and had the old fridge out, new one in and installed and back out by 9pm. They both were very friendly and professional. I'll definitely be recommending to anyone needing appliances and I'll be a return customer in the future if I should need it. ?

Shop local always!!! I had an amazing experience with Alex. He was knowledgeable about the zline and thor appliances. We couldn’t decide and he helped us make the right choice and they delivered the same day. We are so happy we found this little gem. Highly recommend this place for all your appliance and mattress needs.

This is an excellent store with great variety and outstanding customer service. The owner Aleks is very patient and helps you find your needs as well as your budget. These guys are the BEST ! Price's are great too. We had a washing machine go out this weekend, and decided on Budget Appliances based on our experience with them this past winter when our Garage refrigerator went out, and got a slightly damaged one that was Brand new ! They delivered the next day. We ended up getting BOTH a new washer and dryer this past weekend. They came on Monday and not only hooked Everything up, but also took the Old machine's back to their shop. THANKS again guys. SUPERB Customer service.
