“Was doing my own repack of my bearing and found my cone was pitted. Called several stores (including the store I purchased from) and was told I should just get a whole new hub/wheel. This was the only store that even made an attempt to help me and offered to sell me a new cone for $15; because of this I just had them repack both hubs for me. They never tried to oversell or up-sell me and the service was great.”

Eric is so helpful and knowledgeable. I dropped my bike off on a Tuesday to get new tires and picked it up Wednesday afternoon fully finished. Barely over 24 hours!! He goes above and beyond what you could possibly expect. He genuinely cares about his customer and will make the little efforts to make sure your bike is in the best condition when leaving the shop. “I had some spokes broken on one of my expensive electric bikes and I needed them replaced. I had the tune up done and spokes replaced. It only took a day and a half and when I went in to get my bike it literally looked brand new! The bike looks great and runs great. If you need any service I'd definitely recommend these people.”
