Becky is motivated! At a time when the market was so crazy and finding a house seemed impossible, Becky made it happen. She was always available. Houses were selling quick and she never once had a problem accommodating us in seeing a house. She is very knowledgeable of the business, and as a first time home buyer, she made it very easy. We recently used Becky Smith to purchase our new home. To say she is the epitome of professionalism is an understatement. I called her, asking to see a house, She didn't know us, and we lived in an area about 25 miles away. I told her I found her in the Church bulletin and I loved her ad. "Let me help you" is what it said. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the way. Becky took us to the house, put our offer in, and an hour later called us with the wonderful news! We got our dream home! She was that quick, and on a Friday evening, too. Becky was on top of everything every step of the way. She also made our closing a breeze. As our attorney said, "She's top notch." We couldn't agree more! When you want it done right, call Becky. She's simply the best. (I wish we could give her 10 stars!)
