I lost my keys - including my fob for my vehicle & they are very expensive to replace!I called to see if Batteries Plus even sold fobs. Compared to the local car dealership, I saved $110 by purchasing an. ‘After market’ key fob - that works just as good - it just doesn’t have the car emblem on it. It’s even manufactured at the same facility as the brand name ones! If they wouldn’t have offered an alternate, I would not have known it was a possibility - just great customer service!

Batteries Plus has been able to fix multiple mobile devices for our family. On the last item we had repaired, they replaced the part 3 times because it wasn't working. In our disposable economy, it's nice to find a place that adheres to quality work. Imagine if we got so complacent that we forgot how things work and were unable to fix them.

Great customer service with a very professional manner. Contacted other stores regarding a bad battery and was basically told they couldn't help me or best of luck. Contacted Russ, at the Geneva store, he tested my battery and addressed my concerns and options. I was very pleased with the outcome and HIGHLY recommend batteries Plus, Geneva location, for all your battery needs. Russ and his staff will take very good care of you. Many Thanks

SUV battery purchased in Oct 22 went bad (bad cell) in Sept 23. Went back to store for replacement. Battery was in stock and was replaced. When waiting for receipt learned that store manager couldn't get receipt to print correctly due to a online discount from my original purchase. Manager had to call corporate for help, waited on hold, finally got a work around and then printed my receipt after 15-20 minute wait.

Read the the small print on the back of your receipt! Only 2 weeks to return. I showed up a few days late and now I’m stuck with a very expensive light bulb they picked out for me

These people are awesome took my phone in to get a charger port fixed and it had a piece of tape in it and he took it out and that solved the problem no charge. Absolutely awesome thank you so much.
