The staff there really helped me to pick some very nice fragrances.Very attentive and made it easy to choose from.I will definitely refer family and friends to the location I visited in the Geneva Commons.

I usually never shop at Bath and Body Works to begin with-- especially with their stores always being so crowded. But they're crowded for a reason-- there's always a great sale going on and plenty of employees energetic and ready to help. Not to mention its so clean in here and smells AMAZING. All their products feel and smell great and make wonderful gifts.

I have to do a shout-out to their managers and in-store pick up technicians. They are super sweet and remember me literally every time I go in there. One of the managers knows the scents I like and goes out of her way to help me find exactly what I'm looking for even if it takes 10 minutes and the whole store is packed. Their customer is amazing. I've watched them get cussed out and stay a hundred percent professional the entire time and go out of their way to make the customer happy. Overall amazing store
