I have only been here twice and both times I have experienced the rudest employees. Snotty, stuck up, judgmental. Do not go here. The rude employees were younger, maybe 20’s. Grow up and act right.

Love being able to browse the shelves and see things I wouldn't find if I were online. Great to have the cafe available and easy chairs.

I am a bookstore enthusiast.I've worked at many and shopped at many. The store is enjoyable to browse through, clean and well stocked, though displays could be more creative.The books at B&N are so expensive compared to online sources. Truthfully, the current experience offered doesn't really warrant spending the extra money at B&N for books. Expecting people to pay $30 to $40 for average books, there should be alot more offered- like book signings, speakers, book events, and give aways. Customer service has really taken a back seat today.

Better to go here than buying the books on Amazon. Large variety and a really good DnD section near the board games. Also has dvds and art supplies. Def visit here once if you are going to the Geneva Commons for the first time.

I will always be a fan of a book store. A millions was to discover anything from fact to fiction and everything in between. They also have a Starbucks in side the store.

I love Barnes & Noble for a multitude of reasons. There are thousands of options to choose from and the pricing is fair for what it is. There are cheaper alternatives, but I'm typically more than happy to support Barnes & Noble! The vibe is cozy and I love spending hours exploring the endless options. I've never had an issue at the locations I've gone to, but maybe I'm biased. This location has great variety (though options vary based on other locations) and I would recommend checking it out if you're a book worm like me!

Customer service was great. My teen son was looking for a particular book series that he just could not find. Turns out it was not in the store. The lady at the customer service desk was kind and helped order the books. We did buy a few books he wanted, store was busy, but the checkout lane moved at a quick pace. Cashier greeted us with a smile.
