This place is misleading and only cares about YOUR profits not your pets problems. I'd give a zero if I could.

This is the second holistic vet I've take my puppy to and this time I felt like it was a truly holistic experience. Previous place recommended things such as Simperica Trio and there were no detox options or recommendations post vaccine. Autumn Green provided a homeopathic detox, went into an explanation of why certain foods should be avoided, even suggested switching out the water bowl to a material like glass. My puppy was scratching intensely and is on a raw diet, but I had no idea that fish oil should be avoided, which is found in SmallBatch.Overall a fantastic experience.

I recently brought my dog in for what eventually turned out to be this new illness. They completely ignored everything I said and his symptoms. In 2 appointments over 4 days while his illness became worse, they claimed he is dying of breed-related heart murmur, despite never having a heart issue previously and 2 other vets subsequently not hearing any murmur. They offered a $500 EKG or a cough drop after saying an xray would be possible but not helpful. I insisted on an antibiotic, and he improved substantially but not completely. I took him to Valley, who actually participated with me as a team and worked with me in numerous ways to help him recover.

We Love everything about Autumn Green and have been going there since they opened with our dogs, cat, and birds. It’s a top notch facility with wonderful and caring veterinarians. Our dogs love going to the daycare, it’s spacious and clean and they get a lot of attention and play time. It is also the only place I go for grooming for our cat and 13 year old Morkie. Neither love to be groomed and they do an amazing job with them.

I was very happy with my first visit. Staff was very friendly. Clean environment. The doctor took the time to educate me on my dogs food choices and took time to examine her. I would highly recommend a holistic approach for your dogs health.

Would not take my dying dog. This has been my clinic for over 10 years. Dr komina is an awesome vet and when she came over from Wheaton we went with her. She moved on in July and since we knew the staff we continued care here. Fast Forward to Oct 2023 my dog had a hemangiosarcoma rupture and I knew he had to be put down, it's not a fixable condition(26-year 911 paramedic, k9 handler for FEMA, and had 2 previous German shepherds go through this) Drove the dog there, called when 5 minutes out and was told they wouldn't see him" we are not an emergency clinic" and " all our emergency appointments are taken for the day"( in fairness this was the receptionist who I doubt is even medically trained) Really all the appointments for the whole day at 9 in the morning?Had to waste precious last moments with my dying dog in the back of my car driving to Golf Rose in Schamberg. Made it there by the grace of god They were waiting, assessed him, confirmed my diagnosis, and put him down with moments to spare. Shame on you for treating your clients in such a way . I had originally thought of taking him to the emergency clinic but thought it would be better to put him down in a place he knows with people he knows. My mistake. Dr Grant did leave a message on my phone to discuss. What is there to discuss? Perhaps refunding the rest of what's on his laser package that's it, I wont hold my breathe for that though. My new puppy will not be seen here. Will this review bring the dog back no. Will it save someone else heartache, I hope so. EDIT due to response from business * I looked up the call log on Verzion, the call was OVER 2 minutes and there was never ANY discussion of being allowed to come in. In the interest of the dog and the fact that the "conversation " had made it crystal clear they were not seeing him, I hung up and called Golf Rose. We appreciate your refund of the laser package and will be anticipating a check by mail.

We were unfortunately quite disappointed by our experience with the kennel here. Not only is it extraordinarily expensive compared to others, but our dog came home looking unhealthy, stressed, and the front desk admitted she hadn’t gotten the bath she was supposed to get. I wanted to love it because I had heard good things, but we likely won’t be returning.

If I could go any lower with the stars I would. First off, this animal hospital is very filthy, insects crawling all over the waiting room, etc.. I brought my dog in for a rabies shot, that's it. The vet performed the examination on her ears and directed the vet assistant to clean my dogs ears in the back room. The vet also performed a blood test witch I agreed to. The vet suggested I bring my dog back in a few weeks to do a follow up on her ears and then they'll give her the rabies. I didn't understand why they deferred the rabies, but today it was clear. The shock was when I had to pay for the service...... $488! of which ($50 to wipe her ears) I returned to get the rabies shot today and the vet started an examination AGAIN on my dog. I asked why an examination was required and the vet explained this was a State Law to "examine" the dog ($75) when giving a rabies vaccination. I paid for a $75 examination last visit and was told they couldn't administer a rabies vaccination on the last visit because the vet claimed my dog was "sick" because of an infection in her ears. At the end, I was charged for 2 examinations and all I needed was a 3 year rabies shot. So $688 later, my dog is vaccinated. DO NOT TRUST THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL WITH YOUR PUP!

I was very happy to find this vet and love that Autumn Green offers holistic and alternative therapies for animals. Dr. Grant is very thorough and explains things well. She combined the best of both traditional and alternative methods and therapies while focusing on the best health outcome and wellness for my sweet boy, Carson. All the staff are very caring and accommodating, too. I just wish it was closer to home.

My husband and I are incredibly grateful for Autumn Green Animal Hospital. We always enjoy and appreciate our time with Dr. Grant, who is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares for each individual pet. It makes us so happy to have found a veterinarian who embraces a holistic approach to care, prioritizing their long-term health and happiness rather than relying solely on excessive vaccinations and conventional Western medicine.

I'm always pleasantly greeted. I never have had to wait more than a few minutes to get in an exam room.I like their holistic approach, they are all very caring. I have found the cost for their care is less than other veterinarian hospitals that have become corporate owned and lost a personal touch.

The best of the best! Everyone at the practice is so kind and knowledgeable. Our puppy couldn't be in better hands. Also worthy to mention the little shop, which is very convenient to find the GOOD food our dog needs.
