Lady at the front desk is very rude. The second I walked, I felt extremely unwelcome. She gave me a stare down and told me make sure your son doesn’t touch anything. I’m like what? I thought I misheard because I started walking the other way. She repeated make sure he doesn’t touch anything. So I just turned around and left. Will not be going back.

Very unpleased with this shops costumer service. The woman behind the counter never greeted us as we came in. Not only that, she eye balled us with a nasty look. We said, “thank you, have a nice day” as we were leaving… She yet again, gave us a look and did not say a word. Will not be back.

I will never drop anything off at this shop again. The owner overprices everything and you have to keep going in there every week/month because she does NOT return phone calls. Too much stuff in the store. She needs to have a gigantic clearance sale (50-75% off EVERYTHING) to get rid of all the junk in there. Used clothing shouldn't be so expensive, regardless if it's a "designer" label.

Finally Visited this shop, which I’ve driven past countless times. I stopped on a weekday morning. I was the only one in the shop. I was excited to see the very vast collection of designer handbags and whatever else the shop might offer. As I walked into the dimly lit shop, a woman was behind the counter, in front of the purses. She offered no greeting or offer to help. Since it was my first time stopping in, I decided to look around before I asked to see the purses. I ventured in about 10 steps, there are clothes and shoes abound, it’s a very compact store so it can be hard to make sense of. The first thing I noticed was a Boden jacket on top of a pile, near a rack and stack of clothes. I could sense I was being watched, the woman I saw at the counter had followed me. Instead of offering assistance or asking if I needed help, she said, those are not yet priced. And then she walked a few feet away still keeping her eyes on me. I’m sure she didn’t mean anything by thing, but it left me feeling conspicuous. I felt as if the first thing, in a jumble of things in her store I noticed, I was being scolded for looking it. There was no obvious site clothes I was looking at were not ready to be sold. They were in the middle of the store, not next to the counter. I felt really unwelcomed. I don’t expect they have booming business on a Tuesday morning so I was really surprised to not feel more welcomed or appreciated. I will not be going back. I realize out of context, my experience seems easily forgivable but it was the feeling of not being welcomed or appreciated as a potential customer and more so, being watched so throughly, as if her stock was incredibly precious to her and needed to be guarded from me.

nice items,BUT, way to many items. bags and boxes of items under racks, couldn't move one thing to look at another.. I took two coats in to sell and they never made it out to racks. they found these exquisite coats stuffed in a plastic bag under other bags under racks. clerks are airheads!

I dropped off a fur coat two years ago. I asked Tammy if I should fix the belt loop (it was broken) she said "no" and they will price "as is." Tammy said they keep the furs for years....well I received a call from Jan the owner to pick up my fur coat by 7/15 or they will donate. I arrived today and found both of the sleeves coming undone. Jan claims the fur coat was drying out. I had it in store for years and never had any issues. I would NOT recommend dropping off any fur coats here....you may not get it in the same condition like myself. Jan blamed the fur coat...however, fur coats need to be stored at a cooler temp and no humidity which they should tell you upfront when they take your coat!! I am a very dissatisfied customer and most likely won't be going back!! I was shocked...I didn't receive an apology or anything...just "blamed" the coat for being too dry!!

You need to allow a lot of time for this overflowing resale/consignment shop. There are many fabulous things here, and many ordinary closet staples for a determined resale shopper.

Consigned at this place for the first time. Took pictures of my stuff because you don’t get anything other than a contract. You have to pick up your stuff within 30 days. You better be sure you get there before 30 days or you will get zippo for any merchandise you sold!!! I got zippo. Wasn’t told what I sold, (owner wasn’t there, just a lady helping out.). Very unhelpful. I searched for my things. Found a couple of items. You have to SEARCH. I had two brand new bras w/ panties to match. They must have sold but never got any money or found out whether they were sold. But the best part is your bras are STUFFED into a dresser drawer!!!! Don’t expect any money for consignments. Just be forewarned! Will never consider consigning there again. Things are piled on top of each other. Warning!!!

I’ve have been shopping there for years and found a lot of great pieces. The young lady who now works there is extremely rude and clearly hates kids. We will not be returning.
