Always helpful staff. Great local grocery I walk to 2-3 times/week. They always have what I need. Wednesday sales are great but get there early that day.

Good prices on most things compared to other stores. Most things are nearly as good as popular brands and you do save a lot of money. They don't carry everything but often have most things needed for different meals.

Y'all need to do something about the way you're handling transactions with instacart. This is stupid.
"Your xxx card was temporarily authorized for $xx You should see the hold removed and a final charge reflected on your statement within 7 business days of order completion depending on your bank’s policies."
I didn't realize when I was ordering from Aldi instacart, I was checking out of a hotel.
Also, It took 4hrs to get a receipt as well. This is unacceptable.

downloaded app. put in my area code and after I placed my order realized the app had selected geneva Illinois as my store. I live in Wisconsin an hour + from there. immediately tried to cancel my order. no dice. and customer service was no help. now I can't afford to buy groceries for the week and pack lunch for my kid. gonna be a hungry week. store has no phone so I could call and cancel. unfortunately they must have started my order right away so I haven't the option of canceling online or with customer service. even though my order isn't to be picked up for close to 4 hours. Gross. kinda glad things got jacked honestly.

A less overwhelming grocery store experience. The produce section always has lots of fresh fruits and veggies and the meat department is surprisingly good. I love looking around the ever-changing seasonal aisle to find random things. Make sure to bring a quarter for the shopping cart and reusable shopping bags!

I'm personally hooked on the take and bake pizzas. 1 cheese and one meat lovers. Familia loves them. Tried poppers and empanada s this time. Was impressed by the tastey appetizers.

Disgusted that I sat outside the doors in negative 11degrees looking for dog boots that had earlier this year as the clerk was checking someone out at 5 minutes to closing. How can some people be so ignorant and unprofessional. I am no longer and Aldi customer of Geneva after this.
