I was there 2 nights ago late at night with a few friends and we were all accused of stealing just because we would grab something and then put it back … it was only one worker there and I never got her name but she appeared asian and the whole time there she made a smug face and I had to tell her she was not right for accusing us of stealing but the whole time she tried to argue with me she burnt the pizza my friend asked her to make! what a disgusting encounter! an embarrassment really. I tried calling the store multiple times yesterday and they keep saying the manager will come “later” but then end up saying “she’s not coming in today” ???? I tried again today and apparently they telling me they don’t have a “Asian worker that works 3rd shift” and I am 100 percent sure it’s this place I went to I remember the street and everything! How disgusting for them to lie to me about this… don’t go here late at night ! If you do you’ll be accused of stealing!

Your typical go to convenience store for food and snacks and other common quick necessities. They don't have quite a vast selection of food and other offerings, nor will you find anything beyond your basic necessities. However, it's 7-Eleven and you know what to expect. They're open 24 hours and they have the typical things you might need in a pinch.

The absolute worst cashier there in the mornings. The old skinny lady with the glasses can’t add your items correctly and overcharges you fights with you when she takes 20 minutes to ring up 2 items. In the past has told me my card was declined when I showed her on the pad it says APPROVED. A customer wanted their penny back and she told him he can’t have it ? Will sit there and talk to some lady while theirs 6 people waiting in line.

Incredibly nice gesture by offering my sobbing daughter a toy. Very clean inside. The cashier went above and beyond, kudos to her for being such an amazing person.

Refused to sell me a simple BIC lighter without an ID. Never in my life had I heard this. Said I had to be 18, I am 23 if it matters. Not having an ID on me I left without the lighter. The same cashier rung the woman in front of me up for two packs of cigarettes without asking for ID. Upon doing some research there is no law in Illinois requiring that you be 18 to purchase a lighter. Not sure if this is just store policy but i find it ironic the cashier adhered to that and not the law for carding cigarettes.

I always like the quick in and out of the 7-11. I get my NoS 2 cans for $3 and some hot fresh Taquitos. Today, however, there were no hot fresh Taquitos. I blame myself.

Employee was very rude yelling at me for saying yes ma'am to if I wanted a thing behind the counter. She went on and on about it even with a long line of customers.
