I've been to this location a few times. They are always friendly and provide great service. The employees don't talk down to you. The young lady that helped me, I believe her name was Star. Was very helpful. When I was looking at batteries, but I wasn't sure if I needed one and I was shocked at the pricing. Then when I was driving my car home the car died from an old battery. Jinx. So I went to Farm and Fleet first and saw that their pricing was the same. Went back to O'Reilly's because of the great service that I had received earlier. Again she helped me out and everything went great.

I have been there before. Had to get a battery terminal for the grand daughters car. We had to find a universal terminal. The did have quite the variety to choose from. Found one that was close to what we need. Their prices are responsible. And the sales people where helpful. I will be back there when I need another part.

Called ahead with a dead (jumped) truck battery and limited tools. Yes, we can install your battery, they told me. After buying a way-too-expensive battery the tech came out and refused to “take my truck apart,” meaning removing 1 bracket to access the battery. Leaving me standing on the sidewalk with a battery and hole in my wallet.
