Worst tow truck service I have ever encountered. Had a car towed and the hours say 7-10/1-4 and no one was available to speak to us on the lots, doors locked. Called at 9am and they said they would be open at 10 only to arrive and them make us wait for over an hour and when we called stating that we have been waiting the man got very rude and hateful and hung up because he could not stick to his word. I don’t recommend this “business” and quite frankly wish there was a no star option.

They charged us almost 600.00 when they towed our car .This is absolutely highway robbery! I feel sorry for the people who will NEVER see their car again because of crooks like Hodges. I was told they would be here at a certain time, came there and no one was there so I called again and the guy said I had to wait an hour because I didn’t call in advance. He told me they would get here when they get here. After an hour and 15 min of sitting in the car waiting, I called back and the guy was rude told me not to call every 5 min when I hadn’t called in over 40 min. Then he hung up on me. He couldn’t get off his lazy behind and come release my car instead made me wait there an hr and a half for the driver who was out on tows. Unprofessional and rude as hell. Why would you have posted hours of service at your location but not be present?????

Called 2 days in advance of a repair appt to get a tow to my preferred shop. Was told it would be picked up today. Spoke to someone from Hodge earlier today who confirmed they were still planning to pick it up today but that their flatbed was at an accident (not sure why new calls are being taken when their waitlist hasn't been fulfilled). It's 8pm and still no truck.

They gave ETA of 1hr, after 1hr 30mins they told us to sit tight, when I asked for the number of the person coming, they started being rude and told me to call another service. Avoid this towing if you have any respect for yourself and your time.

Straight forward and honest. I was told when truck could get repaired (maybe Monday if I was lucky) and how much $$$ Keep in mind this was a Sunday. Replaced my wheel hub that same day and sent me on my way. Great mechanic (Jason I believe ?) and the other employees on duty were polite and friendly. ??? Thank you for getting me back on the road, I'm not earning if the wheels aren't turning! ?

This place impounded my truck off the interstate after my son flipped it and was taken to the hospital by ambulance i was told by rock island county sheriff the vehicle was fine to get it when i could they tagged the truck i made arrangements to have a tow company pull it out and tow it to my house for 200 bucks state had the truck impounded before the tow company i hired so these guys tow my truck out to their lot next thing i know it's gonna cost 622.30 to get my truck back and if i cant afford that as long as i signed the title and paid them 400 bucks i could have my tools out of the truck........ HIGHWAY ROBBERS comes to mind.....then when i go to pick the truck up I'm told they need a 45 minute notice and i can only pay cash......call to tell them i would be there in 45 minutes made it there waited a hour called and was told i had to wait another 45 minutes 1 hour later i was told 15 minutes finally got there then the guy tells me i need my license i said that would have been nice to know since i dont carry mine

It's a pretty basic towing company thriving off the fact they are in the middle of nowhere, pricing things like mailing a letter at 65 bucks but 12 cent a mile for the tow, through the whole process we were graced with words of wisdom from the employees of how "it could be worse" "other towns charge twice as much" confirming they set whatever they feel like they can get out of you. We did get some rolling papers left in our car so two stars for that.
