Normally leave pleased. Not this time from the quality of service received. Had an appointment made a week in advance for 8am to get the brakes serviced earlier this week. When I called to make the appointment the lady that made the appointment said that they would pick up the vehicle at 8am from the place of Business the vehicle was at. Thought that was very nice. The day of the appointment I called to see what they had found wrong around 8:30am as the appointment was to start at 8am. Was told they hadn’t picked up the vehicle yet. Little after 9am I got a call back from Adam he said we don’t hear the noise you're talking about everything seems to be fine. Then was asked if having trouble with the brakes. I explained all the issues we were having with the brakes and how it was squealing loudly every time we slowed the vehicle down. I asked him to drive the vehicle around the parking lot or around the block a little and see if he hears it. He said ok I do that then call you back. I waited over an hour no call back from him. So I called them and asked for Adam. Was told just a minute we will get him. He came to the phone and told me he heard the noise after driving the vehicle around a little bit, but they can’t tell if it’s front or back brakes. He said changing the front brakes is my recommendation and he told me he checked on parts and what it would cost. when I asked if it could be fixed on the day of the appointment. He told me it could. I asked if it would be fixed before 4pm as my wife would need the vehicle for work. Adam said we should have it done by 3:30pm-4pm. I said ok go ahead and fix it then please. We found a ride to crows around 3pm to wait in the waiting room to pick up the vehicle when it was done at the time I was told it would be done. When we got to crows we went to the waiting room for a while. The kids were get thirsty so I asked the ladies at the desk if they had a water fountain. She politely showed me where it was. Then asked what my last name was. I told her she said I don’t have your ticket. She went in the Service office and Adam came out asking me why I was there because he hadn’t given me a call yet to come get the vehicle. I told him we had to come now that’s when we had a ride. We were going to wait in the waiting room until it was finished. He said it might be the end of the day before it’s done. I said you told me 3:30 pm-4pm . He said we working on some oil changes and other things you’re next in line you can reschedule if you can’t wait. I said next in line. The appointment was at 8am it’s after 3pm now. Adam went back to the Service office. I talked to Charlie about the issue because he’s always been respectful in the past. He said he’d see what he could do to help. Thought that was nice. After Charlie talked to Service things started to move along a little faster. The vehicle was done little after 4:30pm and my wife was forty minutes late to work. Not sure the breaks are completely fixed. They still speak about fifty percent of the time don’t think I will ever go back for Service. Before I left Adam said if changing the brakes we changed didn’t fix the problem come back and we change the other one. Eight and a half hours to change one set of brakes is an obscene amount of time even if it was someone’s first day as a mechanic.

Really great service from the time I stepped in to the time I walked out the door with the keys. Nathan made me feel like family with being 100% honest upfront and along the whole way of the buying process. I was able to get everything done within a 24 hour time frame and they made it really easy too. Definitely would recommend to buy your next ford vehicle from here! Thanks Nate for your help!

I was very pleased with my Ford Bronco purchase experience at Ed Morse Ford, in over 40 years of car buying this was the most pleasant and professional, No Pushy Up Sales, very knowledgeable Sales Staff (Nathan) and Finance Team. Sean was excellent, as was Doug. Wife's been a Jeep owner since 2014 and when we moved here she's used their service dept exclusively and they've done a great job. I wasn't totally happy with the trade value I got for my other truck however.

After asking for a diagnosis of check engine light and getting a repair estimate for replacing the engine, it was suggested that Ford Motor be contacted. We contacted Ford and were able to talk to and explain our concern with a very attentive representative. Ford agreed to make repair to our vehicle at what appears to be a prorated rate for our cost. We did not get away for free but we feel Ford stepped up and accepted responsibility for their part of the failure. Ford has renewed my faith in the company having been a Ford owner since my '62 Galaxie, '64 1/2 Mustang, '67 Fairlane GT and now my 2018 Edge. Crowe Ford of Geneseo, Il. has shown to have the integrity that the original owner founded his dealership on many years ago. We appreciate the care shown to us in a time when it is hard to find someone that has concerns for the people they serve. Thank you Ford Motor and Crowe Ford and the gentleman at Ford that helped us.
