“Hit a deer and needed my front end rebuilt. These guys took great care of me from start to finish! Great attention to details! They made sure everything was fixed to factory specs and then verified! Always kept in contact with me concerning updates. Their receptionist was fantastic and friendly, very good at her job! I would highly recommend Warren's to anyone! Thanks guys!”
“My son had an early morning spin out on ice and ended up in a ditch on the side of the highway. This shop responded quickly and were so friendly which put both my son and I at ease. Would highly recommend.”
“Definitely an upfront & trustworthy mechanic to take your vehicle to if you’re having problems with it. Had him fix my car in the past & do inspections on my car if I couldn’t diagnose it myself. Always does a good job. Even if he doesn’t fix your car cause you’re able to do the job yourself he gives you an honest inspection at a good price. Will choose this shop over any other one around town!”

Pat is a true authentic example of how a business should be ran like how they did it back in the good days. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being genuine, honest and for getting our family home safe.”

“Helped me get my hood open that dealer said was going to require cutting bumper off to fix, jake had it open within an hour or working on it without damaging anything on the bumper or hood”
“I am so thankful that my brother in law Steve recommended me to Willoughby’s! I am in the middle of a difficult life situation and when I needed to get our son’s car repaired & made SAFE…Gina went out of her way to help make things right. I cannot say how appreciative I am. Stop by Willoughby’s in Mazon for your auto repair needs!”
“We had contacted Rick for some work on our '09 vehicle. Rick does quality work and his rate was very affordable. Part of the repair might have required an additional part so Rick made sure the part was there just in case. Thankfully he was able to complete the repair without the additional part and extra cost. He took this extra step to make sure we got our vehicle back in a timely manner. From a mutual friend of ours we found out about this service garage. Rick was able to fit us in his busy schedule and repaired our vehicle as promised. Your vehicle will eventually have repair issues and we are glad Rick is an option. He is straight forward and to the point, we can agree we don't need our time wasted. Any future repairs will go to Rick's on 66. Thank you again Rick.”
“Got my car damaged on the road a few miles south and barely made it to this gas station to stop and see the damage. LeAnn was extremely nice and inspected the car for me, gave me advice on how to fix it, even had another customer, a regular, help me out. Then she let me keep the car there overnight while I figured out towing, and when I couldn't find an Uber even drove me home about an hour away. She refused all my offers of payment for the ride and just told me to repay the kindness forward. Unforgettable kindness on a night where I truly needed it.”
“Ok. Yesterday, my truck was derated to less than 5 mph. I called our road service, and they put me in touch with J&R Service. Little over a couple hours, Nate showed. Immediately diagnosed my Lonestar need a Nox sensor. He had to drive better than 30 miles back east on I80 to get the sensor. He gets back, installs it…no go. After further inspection, he finds that my dosed valve went awry. That was the end of yesterday. He arrives this morning, no dosed valve as I had expected…Alas, the issue with the riser was just the beginning. Two of the three bolts snapped. While waiting for the part AND THE HARDWARE, this guy was a real trooper. He managed to extract the second bolt, No joy on the third, however. Guy arrives with the part NO HARDWARE. So, he was going to go buy a couple bolts….service truck won’t go. Here’s how caring and professional these guys are… The Big Guy shows, fresh back from vacation, drops a pair o bolts in Nate’s hand, gets Nate’s service truck going (how damn many bosses will dirty their hands then clamber back in the RV (not too damn many).
Nate gets the dozer installed, runs a regen. And now I’m happily not derated.
Guys, give these folks a call if you’re in need, they’ll fix ya right up.”
“Best auto repair/tow shop ever! The lengths they went to help me out was incredible. Hard to find people that are this great anymore. Lucas even gave me rides to and from my hotel due to my car being down. Do yourself a favor and call no other shop around!”
