Well I canceled a automatic transfer years ago, they still continued to withdraw 800 out of my account! They did not care. I just seen they are a company to Invest in. But if you believe in investing in a company they will steal 800. Think again! I also am an investor. FYI!

They were very today. We had a large transaction to do and they were fast and efficient. Their parking lot is weird and it's difficult to traverse if you want to do more than one type of transaction for example an ATM and then go to the drive-thru. The parking lot a very few options of re-entering the parking lot once you leave. If you want to go back in from the exit you have to cheat a little bit and drive on the left hand side of the road for a little bit to get back in the parking lot

My husband and I recently moved to Missouri, which doesn't have any Wells Fargo branches. We are first-time home buyers and needed to arrange for closing costs in person. This branch was closest and had lots of open appointments to meet with a banker. We called ahead and Beth kindly talked us through everything we needed to bring on our little road trip. She met us promptly and made sure all our account info was up to date before setting up the payment. She explained every step of the process and helped us feel at ease. Our payment went through without a hitch and we are so grateful for all Beth's help!

They closed the branch in our town a yr ago so we have to drive to Galesburg. I can understand the first few times having to show ID but it's been a yr and the teller is STILL asking for id!!I'd!!! This is ridiculous!!! If she can't start remembering her customers after a yr then maybe she needs to go. My son is on my account and same thing with that Tonya, he finally blew tonight and the manager Tyler told him they won't wait on him anymore. There were never issues at Monmouth branch, they were always so helpful and friendly.

Shut down the downtown brach i use. Deposited check from a business. They held onto it for several days. Worthless bunch of scam artists.

The staff here are always friendly, helpful and prompt.Unfortunately I'm moving out of town and needed to close my account (no Wells Fargos in my new location). Leigh Ann still treated me kindly and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. I would definitely bank with them again in the future if the opportunity arose.The free cashier's checks my account had were also a nice perk. I've paid $8 - $10 in fees for them elsewhere.

For the second time this month the ATM is out of money. Now I get to spend $5 each time I withdraw cash somewhere else. You’re a bank put cash in your ATM!

Everyone at this branch is friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. The District Manager was real helpful today when the customer service at the 800 number was not.

They have several locations fast friendly and efficient employees
