Friendly people but not efficient at all. They take way too long to refill medication. It doesn't matter whether you use the drive through or go inside to pick up meds you're going to be waiting at least 30 minutes or more. Ridiculous

Set in line for 20 minutes only to be told to come back in 30 minutes. 10 cars in line when I came back. When I finally got to the window sign says pharmacy is now closed. 515pm. Glad I wasn't needing something serious. I remember now why I don't go here. Your service sucks.

Although staff is pleasant, the place is awful....
Always count on a 10-15 car wait at the drive thru.... Today they were lined up almost to the entrance(Fremont st)
I was told meds ready at 4, after a half hour (or more) wait in line, I get up there only to b told it's not done yet....
Me:"When will it b done?"
Clerk:"I do not know"
Me:"When will u kno?"
Clerk:"After lunch"
So I go on my way.... get 1 mile from home and the fone rings and it's them.. Meds are ready for pickup, I look at my watch.... It's 6:40 and their supper break is at 6:45pm...
I mean Really? , what is their deal? It's apparent they need more help, but with it being so small how many more wud fit?
These meds tonite are my father's... I transfered my stuff last month.... And we will b transferring his tomorro... I can see once... Even twice! But... Every time you go? That's unacceptable!

We have had to use Walgreens because of Medicare and our supplement providers use them. My husband and I have had nothing but bad experiences. It doesn’t matter if you do drive up or go inside. I have even got phone message that medicine is ready. I drive 30 minutes to get and it is not ready. I have needed medicine in an emergency like for infection and have had to wait three days to get. Then you should have seen my infections. I really don’t know there problem but it needs fixed. Why can’t their superior people above them read these comments and see how bad it is. Or do they even care.

Worse pharmacy in galesburg. Always out of meds, takes 3 days to fill a script, in line an hour to pick up scripts.

Gave them 3 hours before I went to pick up my antibiotics. Waited in line a little over half an hour since the gate was closed to pick up inside. Was told "I'm the only one working tonight, it isn't filled yet." I asked if it will be filled by closing, since it's only a hour and a half away. "I don't know". It's 10 damn antibiotic pills, this is unacceptable. I guess I'll just start getting my medicine from WalMart.

Just in one of two very long lines at the drive through. After some waiting, they closed the line I was in, sending all of us to the end of the other line. This due to "staffing issues." If management wasn't so cheap in what it pays people, they have more takers in the job market. PAY PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR YOU WHAT THEIR WORTH. Customers will be appreciative.

Yesterday, I was in the Emergency Room for 7 hours for my 94 year old mother who was in severe pain. They prescribed Hydrocodone and sent the Rx to Walgreens. We stopped by about 2 hours later and they said it was not ready, but told me how to how to receive a text message when it is ready. I did that because she needed it as soon as possible. Unfortunately, she went through the whole night in major pain without the medication. I was notified at 10:22 this morning that it was ready. By that time, we were already back in her doctors office waiting to be seen. It seems like with major pain relievers like that, if they were not going to be able to fill the prescription sent in by the doctor on the same day, they should contact you or the doctor so some alternate plan to get some kind of pain relief could be figured out.

Great service on January 31, 2023 at Walgreen's on Fremont Street, Galesburg, Illinois. I needed some distilled water and I did not find any on the shelf. I asked an employee when it might be located and she replied with, that particular item goes fast but she was wiling to go to the back to see if there was any. Low and behold she returned with two in hand. She really went out of her way for me. Great customer service.

This pharmacy is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!! Customer service is awful, the wait time for anyone to wait for medication is UNBELIEVABLY long and pharmacist and techs are extremely RUDE!!!!
