They couldn't help me with the settings on my new phone that I just bought from them, so they gave me a number to call tech support, so as soon as I went out to my care, I sat in my car in front of their store on the phone with tech supplies

Went to this Verizon yesterday, Sunday. There was only 1 other customer in the store & we were told we would be helped shortly. After about 10-15 minutes a lady came from the back room & asked what we needed. We advised we were there to upgrade a phone. She then had us give access to the account through our phone. After this she tried to sell us on streaming subscriptions even though we said no thank you 4 times. When we finally got to review the phone we wanted to purchase, we were told in order to purchase a phone we had to do an online mobile order & she would go wait in the back for it to come through. We waited in the lobby about 15 minutes before she came out & told us to see if we needed to do anything else because the order hasn’t came through. After being there for an hour & this lady saying our account was flagged for fraud & she wasn’t able to help us we went to the Verizon on Henderson street. The lady there quickly called the fraud department which they then told us that the lady at your Verizon made changes to our account before placing the mobile order which is what caused the issue. Your store never offered to call the fraud department & assist, even though your store is the reason the fraud glass was raised. Luckily the Henderson street Verizon is customer focused & they were able to upgrade our phone with no issues & didn’t leave us sitting by ourself in the lobby wondering what is going on.

I went to the store to ask about my bill and the guy seemed annoyed because he talked down to me like i was an idiot. He said I should have downloaded the app instead of wasting a trip to the store to ask a question. Needs to be trained on better customer service.

Massive kudos and thanks to Jackson yesterday! He did more for me than any other employee at Verizon, T Mobile, and ATT since 2011. (The only catch is i can't verify his work cause most of it was on my mom's phone which is across the country and she still hasn't responded back to me)Pros:-Customer Service-Competence-Clean-Friendly-No Play/Gets the Job done-Makes sure you Understand-WAY Above and Beyond-ZERO 611 Needed!Cons:-Currently NoneNote; Why is 611 ever even needed when there's literally physical stores lol, especially corporate stores! T Mobile needs to take a page, cancel that a Book from Verizon on this one! (Verizon is NOT Perfect but so far they're better than T Mobile.Note 2; i highly recommend staying with corporate Verizons, but i don't know how you can tell the difference online/via maps though.

If I could give a zero 0 I would the store manager made excuses for staff that refused to give customer service. I have filed a complaint with Verizon corporate. I have been with Verizon since the begining what a decline they have had The store in Galesburg is terrible....

If i could give -5stars i would! The worst customer service ever! My daughter had to drive to Iowa 3hrs away to pick up her phone because they couldn't bother to look up the notes on her account. Pease go somewhere else !
