My mother moved in a month ago and has made many friends. She loves the activities, food, and staff (Stefanie, Mary, and the RN Bess have been outstanding). We highly recommend The Kensington.

It is a retirement apartment. Very niceLocated downtown. It was a very eloquent hotel. It has a wide variety of recreation. Good food. Connected to a theater and library.

The Kensington provides the ability to live independently and still have assisted care day or night. This lifestyle allows seniors to do as much as possible for themselves. At the same time, a well trained staff can step in quickly and assist with help that is needed in the basic daily activities such as: bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication assistance. This philosophy allows our residents to live as independently as possible and provides their families with peace of mind in knowing they made the right decision when they chose The Kensington.
