I lived at the apartments on Dayton Drive for the last 3.5 years and had a wonderful experience. The property was well maintained and in a safe neighborhood. Don Swing (landlord) is very pleasant to work with and very helpful in resolving any concerns. I recommend renting from Swing Rentals.

Great landlord. Been renting for about two years, and I know others who rent from him and have been his tenants for longer than I, and we all respect him. He does annual inspections or check-ins usually, he's been more than fair with rent rates and any increases in rent, and we just haven't had any issues with him.
