Biggest problem is the people that work there. The cashier yesterday was an old lady who was snappy and ignored me asking how she was & telling her I didn't want or need a bag. She took the things I was buying from my partner's hands to bag them and it would have turned into tug-of-war if they didn't let her. I put my card in too early (didnt know it was one where I had to wait until the green light) and she sounded like she hated me when she told me it was too early. I know this sounds dramatic - was genuinely not a nice time.

Clothing is sorted by color but not by size, clothes do not have a size written on the price tag. This results in a massive waste of time. On top of that, prices on many things are just too high.

My almost 82 year old mother came in there today; December 8, 2021. Whoever the "Lady" was that was working; SHAME ON YOU!! HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO MY MOTHER THE WAY YOU DID!!! YOU ARE BEING REPORTED!! All because she said she couldn't find what she was looking for?!!!! You are the rudest person EVER! It don't take much to be nice. You should try it! Don't you DARE speak to my mother that way again!! You need to find a job that you don't deal with the public. You're a hateful, HATEFUL "lady!!"

It's great that we have a thrift store but the prices keep going up too much on the clothes especially. I think if they are going to charge that much at least they could do is put the sizes on the price tag. I'm sure people would buy more if they put the sizes on the women's pants, they have so many they need sizes marked on them. They raised the prices on men's dress shirts which is ok but if it old cheap and worn then it should be a lot less. I think everything should be sized like they do at Goodwill. I've read a few other reviews about some employees being rude and it's true I had one cashier woman be very rude one time for no reason at all it was weird. Most the time I think most of the employees are fine it was just that one.

I made my last visit to the thrift store the other day. The prices rival new prices at area stores and that coupled with the rudeness of the staff are not worth the effort. A fellow shopper seeking to purchase a damaged table and chairs and and sought out the manager to offer a price that, in all reality, was still too high, stated she did so to help the community out. This lady waited patiently while the manager had to get permission. She explained that her vehicle wouldn't accomodate the set and asked the manager if her friend could pick it up in a few minutes. She said yes. Then the cashier, who rings up as Jo,; argued with her over the pre-approved arrangements. Two other customers and I stood and shook our heads. Then the stock boy came out to get the items and was pretty vocal about what he was and wasn't doing regarding the loading. All in all, a bad experience.

They have a nice array of items but the prices are way too high. Saw some Easter eggs originally priced $1.98 and they had a tag for $2.99. Overall you can buy things brand new for the same price.
