These guys had the perfect opportunity to whack me. I had an axle bearing fail on my boat trailer while I was moving from Northern Utah to Ohio and I was able to limp over to their shop at closing time on a Friday night. Larry and Jimmy were super helpful, considerate, compassionate and even pulled the wheel off the trailer that night. I had to continue to Ohio, then return to Utah to close on the sale of our house. They kept the boat and trailer inside to protect it and when I picked it up yesterday, they charged me an EXTREMELY fair price, so much so that I tipped them a hundred bucks. I didn't have a choice as to where to have the repairs completed, and they could have easily ripped me off. They didn't and if I could give them 20 stars, I'd do it.
