do not buy from kunes toyota galesburg they will fool you if you even call or visit them first trap car has wait time than we can work out (we can negotiate on markup) trap you can't get away is (fake add on , factory installation and port installation) my cousin build toyota online and did not order any add on or any extra fitting and delivery address was galesburg as it was nearest from where he lived. kunes trick him to pay $4k in name of fake add on and port installation and then therma plating (another $2k) its clean-cut unfair practice and saif if you dont want to buy we have 3 people in que stay away as far you can from kunes galesburg

These guys are awful at getting ahold of you. Their prices are ridiculous for matience and they act like the prices are good as if they have all been brain washed. They will screw you over on trade ins and they will just screw you in any way to get money out of you. DO NOT go through them. You're better going to Davenport instead of these guys. Second worst experience ever. Shame on me for giving them a second chance.

Be very careful when dealing with them it 's hard to get a real price. They like to play games by keeping the price going till they can get all they can. I was trying to buy a new Corolla for 10 days. After taking our car for appraisal they wouldn't give accurate final cost. We had a hard time trying to get key back after they drove the car for the appraise. They grouped all the taxes together and special fees one called a Government Fee. When I asked for the sales manager to call me to finalize he never would, for 2 days. Then all of sudden I get a e-mail telling me the car was sold. I was actively trying to make a purchase. They never called to give me a chance to make the purchase, they just sold to someone else. Very evasive...very unprofessional...be very, very careful in dealing with them.

I was in a rough spot and Dan S. & Melvin G. worked and worked and worked, never gave up on me, and were able to get me into the vehicle I really wanted!!! It was a pain but they got it done!! Thank you again so much you guys seriously for being so determined and never backing down!! ??

Friendly group, attentive, all bases covered in waiting area with television, snacks, coffee and water along with reading material. They were also able to accommodate the work my vehicle needed to what was financially feasible for me to have done.

Highly recommend even with not so great credit. Jarvis was an awesome salesman and very understanding. Melvin did an amazing job on the loan side and working with the budget we had set. See you fellas in a few years!
