A big shoutout to Jeff from Kohl’s Diamond Gallery, I was speaking with him at my job about the necklace my husband purchased from there and gave to me on our wedding day. It had broke Christmas morning just this past Christmas and I hadn’t had time to stop in and get a new chain. He offered to take it back to the shop for me and get it fixed or replaced. The next day, he showed up with my necklace cleaned and back together for me. I truly appreciate the hospitality and will definitely recommend anyone to you guys! I love small town businesses and owners! Thank you guys so much!!

Kohl's Dianond Gallery has done a wonderful job in the purchase, installation, and cost of great leather wrist bands for my watch. The staff is great and communicate on the specific brands and costs of Watch wrist bands!

I stopped in looking for a gift for my daughter to give to her for a special gift on her wedding day. I spoke with Shelly and asked for her for suggestions on different ideas. She was so helpful in showing me different ideas. I ended up deciding on a necklace that Shelly showed me it was beautiful. Shelly made making my decision so easy. She was very personable and friendly.We have shopped there before bought our wedding set there and they always make the experience great.Thanks!

I won't be going back to this store.I took some jewelry in for evaluation.I was lied to and told my diamond had a chip and a flaw, so he would buy it for less. The ring is White Gold.I had this ring looked at by other Jewelers and was told my ring was in good shape and sell able, I was even giving a name of someone who would buy it.This man acted like I was to poor to even come in his store.I felt very unwanted there.I refused to sell to him and left.
