Toured some homes with Jack. He was awesome, no pressure to buy. Seems to me thier really trying to improve this mobile home park. Haven't bought a home yet but still considering.

Don't come here. They keep jacking up lots fees to point noone can feed their families and you can't even buy a trailer here anymore.

Horrible place to live. The sewer system is horrible and they put you in trailers that are made to look presentable but falling apart they paint over black mold so you can’t see it had an electrician tell me the wiring is horrible but they know all cause like me this was my last effort to get in somewhere and once your in your stuck .

Lived there when I was younger. I suppose some areas of the park are nice. But a lot of crime and the trailers are mostly run down. Would be nice if people took better care of the area. Sad that people don't care anymore.

I’m so excited about the future for the park, I see brand new homes being installed. I can’t wait too move back too IL hopefully the good work continues! Wipes out the bad rumors, the roads are fixed, finally it, looks like they have kicked out a lot of bad residents who was was starting the trouble! I’m thankful for the new owners! Congratulations!
