“A big shoutout to Jeff from Kohl’s Diamond Gallery, I was speaking with him at my job about the necklace my husband purchased from there and gave to me on our wedding day. It had broke Christmas morning just this past Christmas and I hadn’t had time to stop in and get a new chain. He offered to take it back to the shop for me and get it fixed or replaced. The next day, he showed up with my necklace cleaned and back together for me. I truly appreciate the hospitality and will definitely recommend anyone to you guys!
