Not a pleasant experience. I just moved to this small town and had my prescriptions transferred to this Hy-Vee pharmacy. The young woman that checked me out was quite rude. No smile. Tossed my bag to me and walked away. The entire store is a bit like this. Even the manager avoided looking at me. Doesn't say much for the area.

Was told prescription would be in Saturday morming at 10am. Went Monday evening to pick up, to ve told they didnt have it in. Our dog's life depends on this medication.Will never go back to this pharmacy. No call, text or anything to say prescroption was not in as planned.

Web page says your open Sunday at 10am. Drove in from Wataga to pick up meds only to find out you're closed on Sunday.

It is very difficult to get medication in a timely manner. There have been a few occasions in which we have encountered great pharmacy techs who have gone above and beyond.
Most recently, they have given conflicting information and subsequently reacted with negative attitudes to customers, showing no concern for patient well-being.

Great store but sadly no longer going to the gas station. 4 out of 5 days a week, the iced coffee is empty. I get a cup of ice water everyday, and the bottom of the cup (after it sitting a couple hours) has a thick white gel. Being extremely pregnant, I can only question what this is and the issues that could be caused from it... wish I would've taken a picture of the inside of my cup the last few times I went there.. disappointed to say the least.

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and greets me by name. When I suggested they offer candy corn for sale, the manager Eric said, "Good idea!" and a couple of days later, they had it in two varieties - standard and Jelly Belly. Great customer service. Very clean. Good quick food. Great place all around!
