Worst place in the world to try and get a vehicle! They hit my credit report 7 different times! Stupidly ridiculous and I will never recommend them not even to my worst enemy!! Would give zero stars if that was an option. Oh you had us approved we just weren’t willing to pay the down payment you wanted for your commission.

I am from out of town and was in Galesburg to babysit grandchildren. As I came out of the grocery store I discovered I had two flat tires on my Nissan Moreno. I had no idea what to do or where to go. Through the help of a kind stranger I was directed to your facility. Can I just say from the moment I walked in the response was AMAZING! Every person in the dealership went over and beyond in customer service. I was blown away. Not only was I taken care of with the repair of my tires. I was given a loaner to get my grandchildren from school due to a half day. Lori in the repair department was so kind reassuring me that I was going to be taken care of and everything would be ok. I can’t thank this dealership and everyone involved enough. I would highly recommend them as not only are Nissans great cars but the support staff is phenomenal!
