This is NOT an honest business.
I went here because of a flyer they sent me. Red flag number one, but I read the fine print thoroughly and decided to play the monopoly game on the flyer. The flyer was worded in a way that made me believe that if i scratched 3 symbols in a row, i won the prize that correlated to the 3 symbols in a row. They even gave a phone number to confirm the prize. I matched 3 symbols that matched with 5.000 cash prize. i knew it was too good to be true AND IT WAS. The phone number i called to confirm also made it seem like i won the large prize. "You won prize level 2" red flag number 2. I read the fine print multiple times and they said match 3 in a row, confirm your code and youve won the prize!!
I went, again, knowing it was probably too good to be true but hoping maybe they were an honest business. We got there and asked for assistance, let them know about our prize. The guy immediately jumped on us, ripped the flyer out of my husbands hands and said, "well, you won something!". Red flag number 3.
Took us inside started selling to us HARD and refused to give us any details about what the reality of the giveaway was until i flat out refused to hand out my personal information to these shady people without knowing what i was giving my info out for. Then the truth comes out that its really some "ear buds" rather than the cash prize I was lead to believe i had won, that matching the symbols were meaningless and the only indication of what you TRULY won is based on a chart in their office. The prize they say you won on thr flyer is a scam and 100% a lie. There is ZERO way to find out what you actually got without going to their location in their office. The language made it sound like i was "confirming" the prize for the 3 symbols. Nope. All the pictures and game is purposely there to mislead you into thinking you won something you didnt. Needless to say i left as quickly as i could after getting to the bottom of this trap.
I am completely disappointed in the low sales practices this dealership participate in. They send junk to my house, make everything about the flyer seem like i won a big prize, just to get there after wasting my gas and time to be told its all lies.
You want me to trust MY LIFE in one of your vehicles when you get me there under false pretenses? You really expect me to trust any sort of safety guarantees on any of your vehicles when you are so easy to lie and manipulate small print? Then bulldoze me on top of it?
Youre a scammer and I will make sure that not only I never buy a vehicle there, but discourage anyone else from using you. DONT go to city motors.

Raelynn at city select was patient with me and worked hard to help me get exactly what I wanted she even brought my daughter lunch ❤️ never got inpatient with me even when I wasn’t sure about thanks I’m sooooo thankful

Everyone was amazing! I walked in knowing exactly what car I wanted 2010 Honda crv and I walked out keys in hand!!! They knew I was excited but they have no idea how special this day really was to me!! Thank you all and especially Matt!!

Matt, John, and Raylynn were very helpful. I was in a pinch to get a reliable vehicle quickly, City Select was able to provide that. They got me approved and ready to go before I even got there, all I had to do was take a test drive and sign papers. It was a quick, no-pressure buying experience.

I was trying to wait for tax time before I looked for a new vehicle. With the cold temps, I couldn't wait. So I went to City Select and looked at a truck first but the cost was too much and then I saw a Honda Pilot and took it for a test drive and fell in love. Wade Moore was very diligent in helping me get the Honda. I'll forever be grateful for all he did. Everyone I talk to about where I got my car, I tell them I went to City Select and how very helpful they were.

I'll give them four stars cuz they had free candy. I don't know anything about the service. I just took a buddy there to buy a car. Pretty sure they will finance anybody. Go gettcha a car.

My Family has bought there vehicles from City for almost 20 yrs. City had gotten a truck that I checked out. But always looking for the better deal. I went to Carwise. After an hour of working on a deal, management came to me and said they "after crunching the number there is no way can give you the deal that City is offering you " so here I went back to City and signed papers with an awesome deal low payment... knowing that if another dealer can't compete... thanks to Wade and Mark!

Wade is awesome. Like we have known him forever. He listens to what you want and is very patient. Johnny is very friendly and very knowledgeable. He answers all your questions and is honest when he can't because it's not his expertise. Matt is friendly and very straight forward. I recommend them. I bought a van and a friend bought a car. Very dependable and good quality cars.
