So first to start this off this lady is very rude and thinks she can talk to you any type of way because shes been doing nails for 9 years and she does it for “fun” but that place was one of my worst experiences which it definitely shouldnt have been if your doing nails for fun anyways it was probably worse then lucky nails. I got my first fill on a fresh set and she says they broke because i needed a whole new set which isnt true because ANY GOOD NAIL tech doesnt want to ruin your real nails because you JUST got them done two weeks ago. So my two nails break sunday night and i call her and am very polite while shes literally yelling at me that i dont know what im talking about and to come now shell fix it and show me why they broke. So i told her i had to go into work but i was calling to let her know because she said she would fix them for free if they broke because she had that much confidence well now my numbers blocked and oh yeah she made me tip her 15 I gave her $10 for tip and she took the $5 back that she handed to me and said thats a cheap person tip if i could give her a fourth of one star thats what id rate hee the nail polish isnt even smooth you can see the paint lines all though it.Service: Dip powder

My nails broke after one day of getting them done here, i tried to call and tell her and she more or less said if i didn’t come right that second she wouldn’t fix them i explained to her that i had a job and couldn’t come right that second and she wouldn’t work with my schedule, the experience was HORRIBLE she is extremely rude and will try to belittle you and act like you know nothing i definitely don’t recommend unless you like terrible service and rude workers.

I tried to show a picture of the color of nails my daughter wanted and she said she not going to look at no phone, she has her own colors. Okay well she wants these colors she said well hurry up I got an appointment coming so hurry up. We will not be back.

The owner is the absolute sweetest woman and her dog was an added bonus! (He sniffs you when you come in and once you give him a pet he goes and lays down. A very good boy. ?) My pedicure was perfect and prices are super reasonable. Since I was the only one in there I really enjoyed chatting with the owner. Absolute sweetheart and I will be back!Service: Pedicures

It was my first time going in for fake nails at any place and this place made me scared to try it again. I have bit my fingernails my whole life and tried everything to stop to no avail so a friend suggested I get fake nails. I was skeptical but figured I'd try it. I looked on her website, didn't really understand the wording since I'm new but figured a full set of squoval really short length nails would be 40-45. When I went she said it would be $65. I figured that's way to much but still decided to do it. She didn't let me choose nail type or length or anything and just decided for me what I would want. During it she was very rude and couldn't understand why a guy would get their nails done. After gluing like 3 nails on, on each hand I finally said I can go somewhere else if she would like. She got very angry, didn't want to give me any of my money back. Wouldn't take the glued nails off so I was running around downtown with 3 long nails on each hand wondering how to take them off. I happened to see KWB paints on main and thought maybe acetone would help. The lady there was very sympathetic and nice especially considering I had to of been freaking out. On a side note excellent service at KWB paints. I went home and dipped my hands in acetone and finally got them off. Long story short it was a horrible experience that has made me scared to even try to go to a nail salon again. I don't know what the service is like if you're a female but if you're a male DO NOT go here. She will make snide, rude remarks the whole time. Very unprofessional.Service: Manicure

Yall… do not go to chai Hong rainbow.The lady was EXTREMELY rude and aggressive. I went originally to have my acrylic nails removed and a manicure done. She flat out refused to remove them and instead offered me a fill. She sanded everything off of my nails that was originally just French tips, she didn’t fill them after sanding. She started painting them straight away, with a color I didn’t choose. Yeah you read that right… a color I didn’t pick. When I attempted to ask her she screamed “I don’t speak English Understand?” Weird she had no problem understanding before. She said my nails were “old” about 2 1/2 weeks but ok so I asked for a new set in which she responded “You cannot afford new set, too much money for you.” When I asked her to clean under my nails she screamed at me to “Stop wasting her time”Theirs so much more but this sums it up, never ever go there.Service: Acrylic nails

we went there walked in she was asking me what i wanted done i showed her a VERY simple design, she said she couldn’t do that. so i said ok. then she tried getting me to do design i didn’t want to do! my friend her mom n her siblings got there she was being rude they were sitting in a chair said there not aloud to hit the wall when they weren’t touching the wall. lol. then i said we have to go cause i didn’t like the vibe in there n she made me pay 10 dollors !!!! just for taking nail polish off. not recommended at all VERY OVER PRICED!!. DO NOT go here!
