Their management and over all welcoming atmosphere is almost nonexistent they never keep enough help on hand and then take it out on there employees infront of customers when they cant get enough done with no help or stack their employees with unreasonable hours where its obvious their being run to the ground with no break from anything. The main management is extremely rude, sexist and over all discriminating especially towards females and gives off the vibe of thinking he runs the world and that no one else matters around him. Constantly having a over all horrible attitude. Instead of understanding and really looking into a problem they stick the blame on the first employee they can see with a weak point and take it out on them. Over all not a friendly/family environment and not considerate or fair to their staff. There are so many employees that are taken for granted that do amazing work and push themselves till they drop with no appreciation. Alot of health risks all around the store between paying attention to the health conditions of their workers and having them work over their limits and having them work when they are sick and contagious around customers and food. I would absolutely not recommend galesburg seminary street caseys! For a job or a stable environment! Absolutely awful. I feel sorry for the employees still there that havent gotten away yet. They are underpaid over worked and under appreciated. Worst district manager ive ever met running that place straight to the ground.

I ordered a taco pizza. They didn't have right cheese. I opened box when I got home. There was no lettuce, tomatoe,no chips, no taco sauce. It tasted horrible. I was not driving 7 miles to get another pizza. I expect a free pizza.

I was hesitant on getting the breakfast pizza again, since the last one I ate came out salty. I’m happy I took the risk, the pizza was perfectly delicious. I give my props to the gentleman who was in the kitchen this morning!

I’ve had a couple of rude/ very unprofessional meetings with the Caucasian gentleman with tattoos and piercings who works there. Would not recommend going to that location if he’s clocked in!

I ordered and picked up breakfast pizzas this morning and they were delicious! The gentleman cooking was so kind and I hope he sticks around!

This caseys is ridiculous. The manager can't do her job! The only time that place is decent is after 4pm when mckayla goes in. She's a great worker!! I'd give her 5 stars. Something needs done at this store.

usually order a pizza from here before i leave work. although i’m a little confused as to why ordering online is an option when they don’t ever check their printers seeing as i’ve waited several times for them to start my pizza after i arrive. will be going elsewhere for the foreseeable future.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Second time I've ordered here, and second time I came in after 25 minutes and they haven't even made my food. There is no customer service. The employees are back making food with no sense of urgency, joking around and pretending like there are no people waiting for the food they ordered an hour ago. Door dashers walking in and then leaving without taking the order because it hasn't even been started. If that weren't enough, look at the photo. See the time it says to enjoy by.......in case your wondering, it's 8:15. If you enjoy camping out inside Casey's for a while, then this is the place to order pizza.

I called Casey's on Seminary st and I thot you was suppose to get a free pizza after you order 10 thru the app. So she tells me, she doesn't have any control over it and hung up on me when I tried to ask her a simple question. Plus the 10th one I got was in 2 pieces. I don't think you are being a responsible pizza place.

What is going on with this location? The store, especially the drink area, is rarely clean. The guy who works evenings during the week is always talking to the food employees while there's no cups and a dirty bathroom. There's a lady in the afternoon who is absolutely hateful.I'm going to find another location, this isn't worth the money I'm spending.

Pretty rude guy working the register... Seemed more interested in talking to his coworkers. He truly acted like I was an interruption...He never said hello, never offered a bag, never said thank you or have a nice day or anything...
