She has poor customer service and she told me it was $45 for a pedicure and extra for me because I had no lotion on my feet she is very rude.. she needs to go back to where she came from.

Currently visiting family and need my nails done. Dip nails, tried a different shop in Galesburg and did it care for them. Got recommended to here. All went well till paying, he told me the price and I stated they they charge more than the other place. He was like I don’t care what they charge. I pointed out how rude he was and he didn’t seem to care. After getting home I noticed two of my nails were messed up. Will not be returning ????Services: Nail designs

Walked in to one person working I asked how long of a wait it'd be and she laughed like it was a stupid question to ask my time is very important to me and being treated like an actual human being would not recommend

Sophie is fast and efficient. Got a gel manicure for $35. My nails were short and just needed some filing to shape them as even as possible and cuticles cleaned up. She doesn't do a long hand massage even thought she could have. I was the only one there and no appointments after me. She's the only tech at C A nails so it's best to call ahead. She was able to get me in same day. She was finishing up a nail set when I arrived. She's honest and up front about her prices. She mentioned if you like longer coffin shaped nails it is extra. Typical of many places. She did say she doesn't have much time for pedicures unless scheduled ahead and she's not one to do long massages. If you need to be in and out Sophie is your nail tech. If you're looking for a more pampered experience this might not be the best place for you.

The only lady that works there is rude! I refuse to go there again even though she does great coffin shape but after the way she treated me over one finger nail is crazy. Yelling and keep going on and on about one nail

Sophia Chen! She fixed my eyebrows, that someone else messed up! She gave me a great acrylic gel set, with beautiful designs! Extremely affordable! Highly Recommend!

I tried to get my nails done but everything I requested the owner refused to do, she was pushing for me to get tips to put on. I asked for some length with the nail tape that is put on the nail to build length, she told me that it was old fashioned and she was not going to do it because it took too long was expensive, I told her she did not have any idea how much I was willing to pay, she apologized for that statement but it was too little too late.
