If you need work done on your car, and you live in Knox County, I highly recommend you take it here first. It took me many bad experiences to finally find the right place. This is it! FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, (real) people, who both treat you right and offer great value. Respect veterans too!

Big E's was recommended by friends of ours who have used them and we've had them service a few of our cars. They've even been able to service my Mercedes Benz by doing the oil changes brakes and replacing an O2 sensor. Tracy is outstanding to work with and a rare find in today's service industries. I would highly recommend Big E's for any automotive service you might need. It's so nice to work with a place that doesn't play all the games of the dealerships.
