Todd was great and went above and beyond. Always great to still have store employees out there at automatics shops that will provide knowledge and assist you when you don’t have a clue what’s broken. Thanks for your help today!

I had the most professional and helpful assistance today. Vandala helped me and my bad attitude with a smile and professional manner. Even though I brought her a headache and impossible finds she found the parts I needed and took amazing care of me.

Ordered a set of brake pads over the phone. They called me and said pads were in. We drove 25miles to pick them up and they couldn't find them? After 25 minutes they found them. I looked at them and said those aren't the right ones for my car. Worker looked up and said yep those are it. I trusted him and purchased them. Drove 25 miles home and found out that they don't fit. Called autozone and explained to them the situation and they said bring them back for refund because they can't get them????
I called Orileys and they had them in stock. Drove back 25 miles and got my money back and picked up my new pads at orileys

Manager took a personal call and was shouting on the phone while I and others waited 15+ minutes for her to put her password in for other cashiers. We had called ahead to make sure someone would be able to put in my new battery but they had a new guy who had only done it once try. They got it done but it took 35+ minutes and he had to redo it multiple times. Not blaming him - hope he gets better management.

Service was quick and professional, the parts manager on duty - Ryan Smith I think was his name - gave me great recommendations for products. Ryan worked hard to get a stubborn rusted license plate bolt out and spent a good amount of time and different tactics to get it off. He made sure to let me know what he was doing and asked permission for taking certain steps.
The store was clean and had a good layout. I'll definitely return for my parts and other simple service needs!

Prices are good and have a good assortment of stuff in stock. My only complaint is the employees that stare at you when you walk in and don’t attempt to help. Same guy sat on the computer when i was standing by the counter to pay and didn’t acknowledge I was there. after about 2 minutes another employee had to cash me out.Last place i go for parts in the area. Most other stores have what i need so i don’t go here much for that reason. Not the first time i was ignored when trying to give them business.

I broke my left shoulder 5 weeks ago, and am now in physical therapy (staples out, out of sling) - but still can't move it for heavy lifting or pushing yet.I wrote the above to say this:I was driving today and the heater in my van wasn't quite getting warm. I decided to check the anti freeze to see if it was low. I pulled the hood release, but the hood wouldn't budge.I knew I couldn't put full pressure on the hood to hopefully pop it open, so I went to O'Reilly auto parts (1st one I came to).There were 5 or 6 people working, 2 walking around - and I stood there for 15 minutes.... no "hello, be right with you", nothing. It wasn't just me, there was a customer in front of me that had been there awhile.I reckoned they were just really busy and I left.I went right across the street to Auto Zone and walked in. The minute I walked thru the door the two guys working there said hello and asked if they could help me.I explained about my shoulder and asked if one of them would mind trying to open my hood. That was all I was asking or expecting/hoping for.One guy (I did not get his name) grabbed his jacket and we went outside.He had my hood popped in no time, and I thanked him, thinking that would be it and I would check my anti freeze.He said he'd check.it for me and I'm glad he did! I had a gallon of premix anti freeze and the radiator took that, plus another almost full gallon - yikes!The heater is working great now.The guy cleaned my hood release cable and oiled it, saying there was just a bit of rust on it - then checked that it actually opened the hood - it did. :)This long post to write what an amazing, warm welcome and service 100% above and beyond what needed to be done!These guys will treat you right - they are fantastic. Thank you so much!!

Gage was super helpful and was able to quickly change my battery for me. Him and trey were able to check my battery and determine a new one was needed quickly.

Amazing!! Very Helpful and they were busy and understaffed. Therefore I was taken care of with Kindness. Thank you and also it was her first day!! Congratulations as you are amazing for your help and I got it fixed and have an appointment on October 5. Thank You Again
