Both associates were very rude. We have been ithere in the past, but thought they were just having a bad day. Not so, they are actually very unhappy about being there. It was not a good experience.

This was, or so we thought a cute shop! The old witch working there was quite nasty about our kids being in the store. After how she addressed us, I asked if she was a 4 year old, of which she replied "no, you are!" I'm pretty appalled a woman of her age would act like an actual child! I love to always support local, and this is the time to do that, but this woman needs to get back on her broom and go back to her dark mean place. What a shame that this is how she conducts herself. I should have read the reviews before we stepped foot in here. Too bad. Perhaps the next shop that opens In this space will be far better owners!

Super cute things but the woman working there was a horrible b@@@@ My kids had gelato , and sitting on a hard surface bench right next to the front door, so my gf and I can shop . Gf was looking at a coat and I wanted a $75 sweater but the woman abruptly came up and told us to leave the store and proceeded to be rude and nasty and said she was closing anyway. she was so nasty , and was talking back like a child. I cannot believe any business owner would act like This especially during these times. Shame on you lulus. Do not support this nasty lady.

Do NOT shop there. Bought shoes and was not told of any non return or non exchange policy. And nothing on my receipt. Was expected to see a tiny sign at the register which I did not. Nor was it pointed out. Tried the shoes on in the store and when I purchased was not given the shoes I tried on. Was given new ones in boxes. Got them home and they fit completely different. Called and was told I am stuck with something I will now never wear. That's horrible customer service. No wonder they don't have stellar reviews. Don't bother going if you want to be supported as a customer.

Definitely a must stop on your trip to Galena Illinois! Pricing is reasonable for the good quality merchandise that you buy. Very friendly staff i felt very comfortable here! Will definitely come back .

At first I thought this store was really cute but BEWARE. The return policy is horrible. I bought something on sale which I guess there are signs they say "all sales final". However, I wore my item once and the zipper is broken. I am 2.5 hours away in Chicago so it's not easy to just walk back in there. Instead I called and was told all sales are final even though my item is DEFECTIVE!! I asked to leave my number for the owner and haven't heard back. Just because it's a small store doesn't mean you have the right to forget about good customer service. Will not be going back to this store on my next trip to Galena!

The atmosphere was good, and the redhead who helped me was very kind.
