Both associates were very rude. We have been ithere in the past, but thought they were just having a bad day. Not so, they are actually very unhappy about being there. It was not a good experience.

All sales are final. They don't tell you that while you shop. No exchanges. No returns. So deceitful. Don't shop here.

Definitely a must stop on your trip to Galena Illinois! Pricing is reasonable for the good quality merchandise that you buy. Very friendly staff i felt very comfortable here! Will definitely come back .
