THIS ISN'T EVEN WORTH A ONE STAR REVIEW. I HAVE BEEN LIED TO FOR EIGHT MONTHS IN REGARDS TO REDOING MY PARENTS STONE THAT THEY GOOFED UP IN APRIL AND SAID IT WOULD BE CORRECTED AND THAT THEY COULD DO IT ,NO PROBLEM AND NOW AFTER BEING LIED TO FOR EIGHT MONTHS THAT THEY CAN'T DO IT AND THEY CAN'T DO PRAYING HAND DESIGN ANYMORE AND THAT THEY ARE 50 MONUMENTS STILL BEHIND AND I NOW SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT TRUST THEM! DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU AND DON'T BE LET DOWN AS WE HAVE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ANYMORE. THEY WERE GOOD ONCE, BUT NO MORE!!! PAM

Have to give credit where credit is due. My Dad passed away earlier this year. Thought it would be nice to have a bench placed in front of the Forreston post office, where he worked as Postmaster many years. My mom worked as a school teacher in Forreston. One room schoolhouse, grade school, and finished her career at the high school. Also served on the school board.I was impressed with the Forreston war memorial and a bench there. Tracked down who was involved in that project. They referred me here. I'm glad they did! After getting permission from post office and town, contracted the pictured bench. They worked with me getting lettering perfect. Quite a few drafts changed hands, via messaging and email! I've never met the staff members who helped bring this creation about in person, but can say they did an outstanding job! And I'm not the only one who believes that. I've had over 70 people give positive comments since bench was placed a week ago.Great customer service, friendly staff, they do what they say they will and follow through till completion. This is a rare find now a days! As you can see in picture, bench was perfectly placed when delivered. Thanks so much for making my dream come true beautifully, stress free, and in a timely fashion. Am very pleased with this high quality memorial for my parents.

After 40 years our parents stone’s foundation was showing the effects of repeated lawnmower strikes. We asked Vincent’s to repair the damage. They were not only able to produce the documentation of the original purchase, their survey of the stone showed that it needed new vases as well. They replaced the vases, put in a new foundation and realigned Dad’s VA plaque. All of this was done under the original warranty. My family was fully expecting to pay for the repairs, however, the beautiful restoration job that they did was without any new charges. This kind of service is rare today and is very valuable when it is given.

Patty is rude, condescending, uninformative, stay away from her. Getting an update on my parents headstone was extremely difficult. So I canceled my order because after three months literally nothing was being done.

I loved working with JP Vincent & Sons Inc. They had great customer service, I'm very happy with my sons headstone, and it was even delivered a month before expected. I will do business with them again, and I have recommended them to others as they have a great show room as well.

Took months to do a concrete slab for my dad's military marker. They placed it on the wrong plot. They chipped it when moving it to the right plot. Horrible customer service.
