Very helpful staff. Went in looking for some syringes for my shots we forgot at home but needed a prescription. As we walked out they ran after us because they found some from a open box to give us. Saved our trip! Very helpful staff.

Seemless process getting my COVID vaccine. Register online, follow instructions, and all went well. Courteous and attentive staff. Also, probably the most comfortable shot I have ever gotten--didn't feel a thing.

Walgreens doesn't exist in Galena, apparently (which was surprising since it's headquartered in a suburb of Chicago about 2 hours east). This was the pharmacy I could find and I figured CVS, Walgreens, Longs, etc. are fairly interchangeable. Hartigs proved me wrong. Most stores like this have an 8 or more door section with a bunch of different brands, styles, varieties of what I needed. This store had a four foot section, and only maybe a third (probably a generous estimate) of the shelves in the section were dedicated to what I was seeking. I was sure I was wrong so I asked the woman at the front and she said that was it.Turns out I wouldn't have wanted to spend my money here anyway. So Hartigs sent me to a Walmart for the first time in well over two years. Given that I'd rather shop almost anywhere besides Walmart, that's a feat.

Hartig Drug is truly a fantastic drug store. We stop in for the Sinsinawa Pies and Bread among other things. I prefer the Hometown feel of Hartigs over the cold impersonal Big Pharmacies.

Rude and snappy clerk. We turned immediately around & bought the same product at the nearby grocery store. We will not return.

Was spoken to very rudely by a tech there. She was even rude to the nurse at the doctors office. All because she miss place one on scripts!

I was spoken to very rudely by one of the Tech's there. She was even rude to the dental nurse that called after the said tech lost my prescription! Claimed i only handed her two when both my fiance and I know it was 3! I will be transferring pharmacy as soon as possible. Not the fist time I have had problems
