“A must stop every time I visit Galena. Love their wide variety of seasonings, jams, and other canned goods. Highly recommend the hickory apple bbq sauce (I buy several jars every visit). Great place to stock up on everything needed to spice up your meals”
“Very clean. Friendly staff. Fyi, they serve Starbucks Coffee ?. Its a great place to shop if you need a quick ingredients or forgot to bring supplies for your long getaway weekend. They have a pretty good selection of wine. Also they serve sandwiches with some salads on the side. ☺️”
“I've been to a lot of Walmarts, probably thousands, in my lifetime. I am writing to tell you how impressed I was with your garden center. We arrived late at night to pick up a few items while on vacation and I decided to go into your garden area. I expected that it would be closed and inaccessible. I wandered around in there for about 10 minutes and was in awe of how much care was taken of these plants. It was, by far, the most well taken care of garden center I have ever seen. Plants were manicured and well watered, and arranged so beautifully. Even the ones outside on display were obviously tended to. I wanted to put a good word in for whoever is taking care of the plant center, as they are very obviously doing a much better job than any other Walmart I have ever seen.”
“This Walmart is in a very small town in Galena, IL on the very upper left corner of IL state. PLENTY of parking spaces and NOT busy at all. Easy in ... easy out. Clean, stocked, no crowds. Be aware just because it's a Walmart, it doesn't mean everything is low priced. Unfortunately due to the current economic conditions, a lot of things are expensive!!!”

“Decent grocery store, staff was polite and friendly, only real complaints are that the lighting was a little dim and they were out of the ice cream I was wanting, however, it seems like a decent place to get your grocery's.”
