This hotel is very nice, clean, all good.
The hotel clerk, a lady, wearing glasses. Not sure of her name because she never introduced herself.
Well, she had some attitude going on. Not just the first day of our vaca but the day we were leaving As well.
Not sure why?? But she put a damper on my vaca.
Safety: I felt safe

One of the best motels I’ve stayed in. The host is outstanding. She is so welcoming and makes you feel home. The room is very clean. Bathroom is clean. We were allowed to barbeque as well. The motel is just off the road and that makes it so accessible. There are way too many rooms. There is a vending machine as well. Overall one of the best places to stay.
Rooms: Clean and cozy. Just off the road.

This is a very nice place to stay. It's clean and the view out the back is good. Room rates are fair and the location works well for staying in Galena. It's family owned which is a real plus. Sheri was welcoming and had coffee available. I will stay there again.

Such a wonderful stay at this roadside motel! The service was fabulous and the rooms could not have been any cleaner. Not to mention how close they are to downtown Galena. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

We have been coming here as a group of 8-10 people for the July 4th weekend for 4 years. It's such a fun getaway. The pool is fantastic, shared equipped kitchen, laundry & a fire pit. It's like luxury camping. Rooms are clean & well stocked with fresh towels. Coffee every morning in the office. Dog friendly. Sheri is incredibly helpful & fun. We are looking forward to our annual trip this year!

Thank you for your nice note. Galena has always been a favorite place to us and we have spent several nights with your team through the years. Whether vacation, wine get away or even hunting we have always found friendly staff and clean rooms at Grant Hills Motel. We appreciate the room, sorry for the short notice, but the room was nice and held us through the night before beginning the long trip back to TN. We hope to come back one day, but if we don't make it, thanks for all the memories.

Highly recommend
Rooms: The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and it's decorated so nice!! The staff is super accommodating and so nice!!

If you are visiting Galena, stay here! I was in for a couple days to shoot an Elopement and this was the best place. Warm and comfy beds, amazing staff (Sheri you are an angel) and they even made me a pizza to eat!

This is total bull…. The hotel owners trying to take $169 bucks from our account were not even there due to the weather this weekend she said we old of called and canceled she don’t no what’s going on here last thing on our minds was calling this pathetic hotel the man told us we would not be charged till we got there but decided to try and steal our money bad business!!!
