Was just in there this past weekend...spent over $65 on sauces and asked for 2 bags since one jar was a gift for another person. The clerk refused to give me a second small bag saying they "pay too much for their bags" so she would have to charge me extra. I cannot believe that they didn't profit enough on a $65 order to give me a 50 cent bag. Not the best customer service I would say...

Between the employees rudely & loudly cracking their chewing gum, & refusing to acknowledge or assist customers, I couldn't wait to get out of this store.
Couldn't find the item my wife wanted, so I ended up taking the window display.
When ringing up the sale, the man running the register never said a word to us or even told us a total.
Their product isn't good enough to go back with employees like these.
100% would not go back there. Avoid this place, since the employees act like you're bothering them by shopping there.

A must stop every time I visit Galena. Love their wide variety of seasonings, jams, and other canned goods. Highly recommend the hickory apple bbq sauce (I buy several jars every visit). Great place to stock up on everything needed to spice up your meals

2 locations with so many delicious dips, sauces, and more! Ton of hot sauces at one location with jelly, sauces, and dips across the street.Service at location with only hot sauces was not great. The guy seemed unhappy to be there and was short and rude to customers...

Lots of great salsas, seasonings and flavors! Pretty much got everything you could think of including jellies! Definitely worth the stop they even have a bunch of like pretzels and crackers and stuff so that you can sample a lot of the products that they have!

Huge selection salsas, hot sauces, spices, sauces, dressings etc. Stores on both sides of the street across from one another.
