The pricing at this store is the epitome of america. It's disgusting. The gas is 60 cents to a dollar over the place that is a quarter of a mile down the road. Literally everything you buy in the store is going to be higher price than any other gas station in the area. This franchise needs to disappear from this country we deserve better as citizens of the United States of America. They don't pay better than slave wages and they don't offer any benefits either.

Over priced, long lines, under staffed, and for 2 years they run out of Newport shorts every 2 weeks. Maybe order more?

Life saver! We are staying in a near by hotel. We needed food and everything in Galena was closed. The Caseys employees were great! The young man that made our pizza was very accommodating. The pizza was outstanding! Thank you!

Usually I like Casey’s and have nothing against their services. But I went to get gas the other day and the pump burst in my hand and absolutely soaked me head to toe in gasoline. I’m a pretty mellow person so I understand accidents happen but when I went to ask for a refund for the gas that pumped out while it was burst, they said I’d have to wait while they confirm with a manager that they can do that. Took another 10 minutes to realize YES you can refund the guy whose nice clothes are ruined. So I got refunded 2/3s of the price in cash but no other kind of compensation for having to deal with any of that.

5 stars for the guy working there for years. He is a chef, and he is super fun to talk. His food recommendations are on point!
