“We needed a tow thinking the starter was shot after we tried giving the car a jump. B & R was recommended to us. Tow driver Dan said let me try to start the car before I tow to see if it IS the battery. Well sure enough it didn't start but he gave it a jump and saved us a tow!! We took it in for a new battery and we have no issues!!Thank you Tommy and Dan for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Dan could have towed us and charged us for the tow but instead gave us a jump for no charge! “Mr. Jose fixed it right away the first time. What needed to be fixed, he fixed. The air conditioning needed a new valve and the timing needed to be changed out with a tensioner. Last year I brought it to a mechanic in Waukegan and the mechanic didn't fix the timing belt and tensioner properly. Jose did it right the first time. Super nice family Guy. He's my new mechanic. Smart dude. Good heart.”

“Great customer service along with honesty is difficult to find, but here at Vale’s Auto Repair I found both. I called Vale’s for a tow truck and ended up trusting them do the work on my vehicle. After the vehicle was given back, the owner called me to make sure everything was ok with repairs and make sure I was satisfied. Price was reasonable and work was great! I highly recommend this place to family and friends and will be going back.”

“Good news, bad news!!!.....Bad news is, I needed a tow yesterday (8-26-23). Good news is, Rivera's Towing was the perfect company I chose to call and use. My car went out on me in Bristol, WI on RT 45. Called Rivera's Towing and the lady on the phone was very helpful, friendly and took care of securing a tow for me right away. The driver was there for my car in 45 minutes. He put the car on the flatbed quickly, securely and we were on our way. He was able to drop the car in a tricky little spot for me and was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I had a great experience with Rivera's Towing and was very pleased with the service from both the woman on the phone who took the order and from the guy who did the tow. Thank you both for making a bad situation turn out better. Hopefully I'll never need a Tow again but if I do, I'm definitely calling Rivera's Towing!!”

“I'm mechanically inclined and able to do most all work on my vehicles over the years. Got this 95' Honda Civic and it's runs very good until it don't. Changed the head gasket on it myself, then new distributor, wires, plugs, seals and gaskets from head up, thermostat, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, ecm, a lot of stuff. On my way to work (20 miles) I would stop at a gas station to get snacks and it wouldn't start when I would come back out. After a few trys it would start up and go. Couldn't diagnosis the problem myself so I looked up a local automotive shop. They had a good rating which is important because it tells you the experience others have had. Called them up, they towed my Honda to their shop and called me a day later explaining the fuel pump was bad would I like for them to fix it. I was able to pick it up after work.
Bottom line, my experience is they are fast, reliable and do good work. You won't be sorry!”
