When you work with any company sometimes things go wrong. How a company responds separates a good business from a great one.
Admitting a mistake and making things right is not something most will do. John and I had a rough start, but I was impressed that he apologized and took the necessary steps for a positive resolution.
I recommend doing business with NuGlo sign.

Very professional. We needed a neon sign of our logo for our Instagram posts. It turned out to be fantastic! Definitely will use them again. I’m trying to figure out what other signs we could do.

I recently purchased a DayCare and my sign needed a new makeover. It was dull, wouldn't light up and all my letters were faded. Nu-Glo Sign Company was recommended to me and they did an Amazing job. My sign is Absolutely Gorgeous !!!! John was a joy to work with. The sign was done and installed within no time at all. They do GREAT work.

I'm so happy with the works Nu-glo compagny did with the sign for my bussiness and the extra care the installer took to do the electric hook up and I also asked him if he can help me fix some electric issues I was having inside the shop, and he did it without charging me. We are so glad to have found Nu-Glo Sign Company and the owner John. It started with an emergency neon sign repair and turned into a a complete overhaul of our main sign. John came out to our location several times and provided us with various options along with a detailed game plan to finish the job, it is clearly evident that no job is too big for John and his crew. We ended up upgrading the neon to LED's and we are happy with the outcome. The GLO from our sign is incredible!! During the entire process, John was very professional, honest, detailed, informative, and understanding of our situation. On the day of the upgrade, you can see how John and his team are Top Notch and experienced, they were able to complete the job in one day and kept me informed the whole time.It has been months now and John still continues to follow up and make sure we are beyond satisfied with his work. On top of the Awesome Job he has now become a personal friend. We are so glad to have found a sign company like Nu-Glo and John in the Northwest Suburbs.Thank You again John and Nu-Glo!!
