If you can bank with anyone else I highly suggest it. They really have no idea what they are doing here. 4x in 2 months they have shut off the card we use for our bills and home necessities. Every time we use the card for ANYTHING ONLINE (Netflix, apple TV, HULU, Walmart and food orders) they cancel the card so we don't have access to it. No call or text to confirm purchase, just turn it off.

I lost my Debit card and called for a replacement didnt get it for like a month . I called and Dawn answered told her my situation and she apologized and told me when i was going to get my card and i did earlier than the mentioned date. Every problem i have she is gladly to assist i love her and her customer service.

Michelle, Dawn, and Diane are always so helpful and knowledgeable when i stop in! Their customer service is top notch and one of the reasons we have been with this bank for the past 7 years!! Thank you ladies and look forward to working with the newer members of your staff also!

I’ve been a member of this institution for the past 6 plus years. Since the beginning their level of customer service has been immaculate. Each visit is greeted with a smile and a since of humor. Dawn and Michelle are great at making sure the customers needs are met.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a bank. Banking isn’t easy or fun to begin with so the least they could do is not make it miserable. Or at least attempt to be understanding and friendly if things aren’t going the way they are supposed too. But I think the ladies enjoy being miserable to customers.I have a new account at Dupaco and the difference is night and day. Much, much better customer service, even when there are problems. So happy I switched.
