We have 2 different mailman who deliver to my apartment and 1 of them keeps giving me my neighbors mail and other people's important mail. They don't pick up the wrong letters later and he is to lazy to walk around the corner to put my neighbors mail in her box

They have terrible mail carriers I wish they would get people who are experienced in the job I get other people mail I'm doing their job by giving the right person their mail my mail carrier goes too fast to even stop and tell her that I have the wrong mail

My wife and I had 2 separate packages we received today. The first was left at the neighbors house. And the second is missing. I saw the van in my driveway after i got the first package back from my neighbors. They came to my house the this time but made no deliveries.. I have no words..I also live out of town in a rural area. The only reason a mail van would be all the way up my driveway would be to deliver something.

I'll put this post on top of all the negative ones as well. Moved to Freeport few months ago. New verification law with identification card which I don't have. Withholding my mail. Which after research is illegal and needs to be addressed which I inquired to corporate. Also the short supervisor lady needs to resign her position for the comments she made. Which I also inquired.

Always courteous and can answer any questions in regard to your service. I don't go there often but I know there will never be a problem with anyone working the desk.

Lost 2 checks for $4000.00!!We miss my old mail man!! Where are you!! Come back! Come back!! We miss you!! You where cool! He would put our mail on patio! We usedto give him food as well.The new guy acts like a child and probably stole our $8000.000!!Freeport IL post office sucks!!!!

Apparently they don't pick up from all mailboxes in town. If you don't pick up mail from a mail drop box, I suggest either locking it or putting a sign on it. Frustrating especially when you try to mail something very important

This post office and post master in freeport DO NOT deliver out mail daily and the post master returns no calls or address the terrible service and keeping people's mail until the decide to deliver the mail always an excuse daily this is a pathetic post master post office and employess

I never used to have mail problems until a couple months ago. Now I have mail missing including two Menard rebates and utility bills like water and electric. If my box was open it would be one thing, but it's a locked community box. I have a key and the carrier has a key so WHERE'S MY MAIL???!!! The workers in the office couldn't care less, but screwing with someone's mail is a FELONY and of all people they should know! I'm not the only one in the community missing mail either. PATHETIC!!
