They never answered the phone & it takesForever to get the taxes done in the passed.After years of being with Twigg & them I had to go elsewhere this.

Every year gets worse. Last year took in taxes in Feb got them back in October, this year took in Feb got them back in July & we owe PLUS all the interest we owe for being late. 30+ years & we will go elsewhere now.
