This guy never answers his phone. Leaving voicemails do not always work. It might be the next day when you get a call returned. This tactic is very unprofessional, especially when the issue is important. I suggest using another agent.

I'm not his client, but he has routinely emailed me someone else's personal information. I have replied to the email to correct him, many times, and still receive a notice when someone else misses a payment. There is a good chance your personal information is not safe with him.
