“Hands down my best storage rental experience! Owner is extremely nice and bent over backwards for us. Clean, dry units with working locks and latches. We were in the process of trying to close on a house and needed a place to store furniture and packed boxes. I called four other storage facilities before contacting Pretzel City. None of them got back to me. Pretzel City immediately sent me a link, I chose my unit, paid the security deposit and prorated rent then met up with the owner the same day. I had some expensive sofas stored in both units I rented and they stayed dry and clean. More than I can say for most non-climate controlled facilities. Easy access, even with a 27ft moving truck. We ended up moving mid-month and our security deposit and pro-rated rent were returned the next day. Hands down the best storage rental available in our area. The autopay made everything so easy. I got text and email alerts a week before and I didn't have to stress about remembering the payment date or having to drop a check off.”

“I rented 2 lockers there for four years storing laundry equipment that I realized I would never use again. Because I’m out of town I was concerned how to get rid of the equipment. They immediately found a local source who hauled it all away for free. When I was expecting to open my check later for my $50 security deposit I was surprised to receive a check for $325. Apparently I overpaid over the years not realizing it and their honest accounting closed the issue. Thank you again for helping me with my storage needs.”
