I had Cindy Shenberger prepare my 2020 taxes. No issues, filed on time, reasonable rate. Then I got a letter in August from IRS saying I had deferred payments and owed money. I did not know about this and wanted to verify the accuracy of the letter. I tried to contact Cindy SEVERAL times over several months leaving detailed messages and got no response. I had an issue and I had questions, Cindy never did not return my phone calls. For this reason, I would not recommend.

I give LA tax a 10 star!!! I believe it’s been over 40 years I have gone to L A tax, Linda has been my friend since we’ve been 15 years old. That is the definition of trust I trust her knowledge in tax filing completely, always professional and timely. The key is to always have all your paperwork in order, that saves time and money, Linda always reminds me of the proper papers I will need to bring. She started out working on her own in the wee hours of the night if she had to for her clients. It always a pleasure to see and visit with Linda to catch up on our families and friends..
